graduating CTE senior survey
Dear graduating senior, congratulations on your impending graduation and we wish you good luck on the next steps of your journey! As part of the Perkins Grant we are required to keep in touch with our graduates who completed at least two courses in a NYS Education Department (NYSED) approved CTE pathway. We want to see how you are doing and if you continued in your CTE field of study (ie. Culinary Arts, Nursing Assistant). Every year CTE teachers and staff contact these alumni but we need your help collecting reliable contact information. So, we are asking for your current home contact info and the contact info for a family friend or relative in case you move and your information is no longer valid. This way we can find out your new info or have a message delivered to you to contact us. We really appreciate your help.
